* Hand decanting: Close your glass with your another hand, and shake your glass up and down.
Then the wine opens suddenly. That's why the nose was medium intensity at first, after hand decanting, I felt pronounced intensity.
* This wine has stronger flavour on your tongue than aromas on your nose. -> Great Potential but still young
* Syrah : Black fruits (hot: blue berry/ cool black currant), Pungent Spices: black pepper/ liquorice (more in Australian wine : hot climate), Floral, when it is aged, more animal flavour (meaty, gamy)
spices and more animal flavours note is key difference from Cabernet Sauvignon.
