Short hot dry summer / very cold winter (high continentality)

+ Altitude (850m) => keep acidity and fresh fruits flavour

Rivera del Duero DO -> Red and Rose 

Tempranillo: Dark colour + high tannins 

Also Cabernet sauvignon and Merlot, Malbec, Granacha(rose)

more American oak than French one.
